WHAT ARE THE HOUSE RULES?

To ensure a pleasant and safe experience for everyone, we've outlined a few guidelines:

Age Requirements: The lead guest should be 30 years or older, creating a mature and responsible environment.
Check-in/Check-out Times:
- Check-In: Your relaxing retreat begins at 4:00 PM. We ensure everything is perfect for your arrival.
- Check-Out: We kindly ask that you check out by 11:00 AM. This allows us to prepare the property for our next guests.
Enjoyable Gatherings: Feel free to host up to 12 registered friends or family members for memorable moments.
Hot Tub Safety: For everyone's safety, please enjoy our hot tub without glass containers.
Photography: Capture your memories! For professional shoots, just reach out to us for permission.
Convenient Parking: Street parking is available from May to September ONLY with a permit. $5 per vehicle/day.
No permit is needed from October to April.
Comfortable Accommodations: Our space comfortably welcomes a maximum of 12 guests for a cozy stay.
Pet-Friendly: Bring up to two canine companions along. Additional fees and a deposit are required.
Smoke-Free Indoors: For the health and comfort of all our guests, indoor smoking is not allowed.
Fire Safety: To ensure safety, please avoid open flames, like candles, inside the property.
Quiet Hours: From 10:00 P.M. onwards, we observe quiet hours to ensure everyone's peaceful rest.
Family Friendly: Guests under 21 are welcome when accompanied by a parent or responsible adult guardian.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We understand that plans can change, and we're here to help:

Easy Cancellation Process: Need to cancel? Just send us a quick note at info@thefausthaus.com. or call/text (210) 863-1789 We'll confirm your cancellation once we receive and acknowledge your message.
Full Refund Option: Cancel more than 14 days before your arrival, and you'll receive a full refund, minus any standard transaction fees.
Late Cancellation Policy: Please note, cancellations within 14 days of your scheduled arrival are non-refundable. In these cases, any outstanding balances may be charged to your credit card.
Travel Insurance Recommendation: For extra peace of mind, we highly recommend securing travel insurance. It's a great way to protect your trip against unexpected changes.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

Yes, we're happy to welcome your furry friends! Our property accommodates up to two dogs, ensuring they too, can enjoy the getaway with you. Please note that there is a small additional fee and a deposit for hosting pets, which helps us maintain the space for future four-legged guests.
